Q: How do I take part in the promotion?

A: You will have to visit any participating outlet (supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, drug stores, petrol stores, wholesaler stores) in the Philippines and purchase any of the specially marked Monster Energy promotional packs. Participating Products said below.

 

After making the purchase, you will need to locate the QR code on the pack. Simply scan the QR code and visit https://www.monsterenergyxp.com/, fill in your personal details and upload receipt.

 

Entries and receipts will be verified within 2 business days. Upon verification, you will receive a confirmation email with the rewards page link and steps on how to claim your reward.

Q: Where can I purchase the qualifying product(s) to participate in this promotion?

A: During the Promotion Period, visit any participating outlets (supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, drug stores, petrol stores, wholesaler stores).

 

Q: Who can qualify in this promotion?

A: This promotion is open to Philippine residents at the time of entry, aged 18 years old and above.

 

Q: Who cannot qualify in this promotion?

A: Any employees of the Organizer and the Administrator, (or any of its group undertakings, distributors and its agencies who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promo), and immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) are excluded from entering this Promo.

 

Q: When does the Promotion start and end?

A: The promotion period starts on 12:01am (Philippine Time) May 6, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on August 6, 2025.

Promotion period is defined as the period when the entrant can purchase the promoted qualifying Monster Energy packs in the stores.

 

Q: When does the Redemption period start and end?

A: The redemption period starts on 12:01am (Philippine Time) May 6, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on September 6, 2024.

Redemption period is defined as the period when the entrant who have purchased any qualifying Monster Energy packs within the promo period, enters their personal details and uploads receipt to collect and select their rewards voucher.

 

Q: May I participate in this promotion more than once?

A: Yes, you may participate in this promotion more than once if you have purchased more than one (1) qualifying Monster Energy drink. Only one (1) unique purchase is valid for one (1) entry.

 

If you have purchased more than one (1) qualifying Monster Energy drink within a receipt, you may upload the same receipt following the number of total unique participation code(s) you have. We will then verify your entry accordingly.

 

Q: How will I know if my reward claim is successful or unsuccessful?

A: Upon submission of your entry, our customer service team will validate your receipt within 2 business days, you will then receive an email confirming your entry.

 

If your entry is successful, you will receive the rewards page link to visit and browse to select and claim your reward. If your entry is unsuccessful, you will be notified via email stating the reasons why your claim was deemed unsuccessful.

Q: Is there a validation process?

A: Yes, once you have successfully uploaded your receipt, our customer service team will review the official receipt within 2 business days. If you have not received any email from us. You may reach out to our customer service team.

 

Q: What constitutes to an unsuccessful entry?

A: If your entry is unsuccessful, it could mean a few things. In order for your entry to be successful, the below applies.

• Legible text - all text on the receipt must be clear

• Date of purchase - must be between 12.01am 06/05/2025 to 11.59pm 6/08/2025

• Products - must be participating Monster Energy products

 

Q: How will I receive my reward(s)?

A: You will receive your reward e-Voucher with redemption details via Email. Depending on the reward you select, some rewards can be claimed physically in merchant’s stores, while some have online redemption vouchers.

 

Q: Do I need to retain my physical receipt?

A: It is mandatory to retain or withhold a photo of your physical receipt as proof of purchase, as this would be the information we require to verify your purchase and entry, should you come across any issues.

 

Q: Can I exchange my reward?

A: No, your reward cannot be exchanged for other rewards once you have received your reward voucher and reward details. Reward cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned to a different party in any other manner and/ or sale or resale.

 

Q: What happens if I had misplaced my reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s)? May I request for a new one?
